Touch My Home’s Textile

Textile is the next important part of the interior, to which extreme attention should be paid. This is one of the things that make a great impression. Here the variety of fabrics, the composition of tissues, the characteristics and the possibilities for application are enormous.

In the interior design the term “textile”refers to any product that is fabricated or made of fabric. In fact, it is used in a much wider range and even finds non-standard applications in interior design. Textile may not be just an element or accent of design, and it is the design itself ! Whether this will be achieved through a combination of decorative pillows, blankets, blankets, carpets, curtains, upholstery or even textile wallpaper will surely create aesthetics in space.

They are developed by designers and follow the latest fashion trends. The choice of designs, styles and colors is immense. Unique designs and color explosions characterize each collection. There are both elegant motifs, suitable for classic interiors, as well as pretty avant-garde designs in line with the latest trends.

The textiles are carefully selected and can be used to decorate both living quarters and hotels, holiday villages, administrative buildings, offices, banks, retail outlets, casinos, restaurants, hospitals, medical centers, kindergartens and more. Besides thin and dense interior textiles there are special outdoor textiles called OUTDOOR.

It is difficult to list all the advantages of textiles – they bring unique coziness and warmth in every room, add style and luxury, inspire moods, stop light and, most importantly, give individualism, uniqueness and beauty.

A basic feature that applies to all textiles and fabrics is that they are of good quality. Quality means that all tissues must be of proven and guaranteed quality.

The fabrics are mostly cotton, flax, silk, wool, and unique fabrics with handmade strands. In addition to natural fabrics, fabrics are made of artificial fabrics as a combination with them to improve their characteristics.

Textiles are a product suitable for all interior solutions. Depending on preferences, they may be of different characteristics. For example, they must be lightweight, stained and wear resistant, light-resistant 100% (Black Out), waterproof, easy to maintain, non-smelling, anti-allergic. Different items can be produced such as: curtains, bedclothes, decorative pillows, tablecloths, chair covers. There is a large selection of fabrics, decorating options, and different sewing and decorations.

Textiles bring life to space, create an atmosphere. Imagine how differently you would feel in a bedroom that is embellished with velvet. When choosing textiles, consider the exact type of mood you want to dominate by choosing the right fabric to get it.

Using textiles, your color comes into play with the interior. You can boldly experiment by selecting, for example, one or two accent colors and showing them through different textiles. This is just one of the options to achieve balance and harmony using textiles.

As I already mentioned, textiles can look like an accessory or element of design. It can serve as an inspiration for space. When you are not sure where to start with the interior design, pay attention first to the color of the carpet, the accent color of the chair, or even the decorative cushion color to take the direction.

Once you’ve determined the color palette, stick to it. Using too many colors in the room can make you feel confused. This does not mean, however, that your room should be dull and monotonous. One way of adding visual interest to space is the use of textiles available in different textures. In this case, the texture refers to the way the fabric looks. Mixing and combining different textures in the room creates a sense of contrast. In recent years there has been a strong tendency towards the use of textured walls and floor coverings.
