General terms and conditions of sale

The terms and conditions described below govern the sale of the Products, Goods and Services on our website (“interiorordesignmaster.co.uk”).

Please read these terms carefully before ordering the products. You should know that by ordering any of our products you agree to these terms and conditions. The products purchased at www.interiordesignmaster.co.uk are sold directly by MOEN BUILDING LTD has its headquarters in London at SW1P 4HX, the Business Register Number ‎10274133.

Our business policy

* Company MOEN BUILDING LTD. offers products for sale of interior decorative glass and its e-commerce services are available to the “Customers”.

* These Terms of Sale control the supply, delivery and acceptance of delivery orders between Customers and Seller.

* We do not sell second-hand products, defective products.

* Prices are subject to change and will be changed from time to time on our site.

* When testing products, do not remove parts or change the purchased product.


Products, goods and services subject to sale
The object of sale is the Products, Goods and Services, offered on the site on the order of the Customer.

The Products, Goods and Services that are sold through the site are described by type and quality. The Order for Products, Goods and Services is accepted as written consent of the Client regarding the type, quality and quantity of the Products, goods and services offered through the site.


Our delivery time is 14 – 16 days after the order is placed.

Deliveries are made at the address specified in the order.

Our Online Store delivering 9am-20pm, Monday to Friday.

Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately, so that we can contact you.

A timed delivery service for an additional fee is available which will apply after the standart delivery time.

Important Delivery Information

We recommend that you consider the following information:

  • All orders are signed on receipt, so please make sure there is someone who can sign your order on delivery.
  • If Courier does not find someone at the specified address, he will try to deliver the package twice more, and then you are responsible for taking your package from our warehouse.
  • If you are not the recipient of your order then the person signing the package confirms the receipt and is responsible for the package.


The prices of Products, Goods and Services are for each type individually.
The delivery price is additionally charged in the order.

All prices are in UK Pounds.


The authenticity of your card is verified by entering a security code (CVV2).
The details that the Customer must fill in for card payment are:

  • Card details – number, date of validity, 3-digit security code, cardholder name, address
  • The transaction currency entered on the purchase is British pound.
  • The order is executed upon receipt of the transfer.


Claims are subject to Products and Services that do not meet the quality requirements specified on the site and those that have obvious disadvantages when delivered to the Customer. The difference in the color shade due to the specifics of the screens of computers is not considered a disadvantage and this could not be a reason for returning the Goods. For this purpose, upon delivery, the Customer notes the presence of obvious defects and / or discrepancies in quantity.

The time for returning the Goods is up to 5 days after the delivery, with transportation at the expense of the Customer, observing the condition of the goods, both at the time of delivery and to the Customer, including the undamaged packaging. In case of complaints, you must contact us via email.

Disclaimer of purchase

We guarantee the quality of all our Products and Services. If, however, they do not meet your requirements, you have the right to opt out of one or more items from the order placed within 5 days of receipt and by sending it to us by courier at your expense.

We ask you to take care of the goods while at your disposal and when you return them to avoid damage or loss during transportation. Be sure to keep the note from the courier company as proof that your shipment has been sent.

Please note the following: When returning a Product (s), it must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice and receipt), unused, unpacked and in reserved form, with original packaging preserved, addressed to us for returning Products.

For hygienic reasons, bed linen, blankets, pillows, towels and open-air bathrobes can not be returned or denied unless it is the customer’s right to return them, that is, there is a defect confirmed by us.

Refunds on refused items are made on the way back to the original form of payment after Seller has confirmed that the item meets the criteria described above. The amount is refunded by a transaction for 30 business days from the receipt of the returned merchandise.

Product sums are not refunded in the following situations:

  • returned after the 5-day day of receipt
  • Damaged Products
  • Used Products
  • Products with damaged packaging.

In these cases, Products will be returned to you at your expense.

If you refuse the above delivery, the Seller reserves the right to withhold the products and the amount paid for the purchase of the products.

Process a return

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

You must notify Customer Service in writing of your wish to cancel your order within 5 (five) business days after receiving your products by: email @ returns

We also recommend that you keep proof of dispatch.

Please keep in mind that you have to cover the price of the returned parcel.


All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.

Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

Items should be returned in their original packaging. Boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.

Additional returns information

Your return package will be accepted within 10 working days from the delivery date at our warehouse.

Receiving a refund
Please note refunds may take up to 20 business days for your bank. This can vary greatly between card issuers.
